Baby Names are going to Kill me
We've been going round and round in circles trying to decide on a baby name. All the names I think are cool she thinks are incredibly dumb, and the names she thinks are cute I think are incredibly lame... Will this dispute be resolved in time for the baby's birth? Just remember that this child has to go through school with this name. It will have to write it at the top of every paper it ever turns in. Teachers have to be able to pronounce it without embarrassing the child (Mat-e-o, sorry). The minister will read it outloud at it's wedding and it's funeral (at a ripe old age, of course). And it's spouse will speak it in love. MOM
ReplyDeleteI'm well aware that this child will have to LIVE with this name for the rest of it's life. While I have (jokingly) said that I would like to name the kid Obi-Juan... it was just to be silly. There are names however that I feel are too "cute." For a child it'd be ok, but for an adult or teen to have to endure wouldn't be so nice.
ReplyDeleteHi Mom and Dad. When she gets here you will know when you see her what her name should be. All the suggestions in the world are just that. I do know that Madi wants the name Bella and I'm kinda partial to Abigail and Quinn. I can't wait to see you both in April. Love MOM
